Our Play Orbits
Get ready to blast off into fun with our Play Orbits — cosmic time slots designed to keep your little astronauts exploring, building, and zooming through galaxies of imagination!
Each Orbit runs at specific times throughout the day, and whilst new space travellers are welcome to join mid-mission (subject to available seats on the rocket!), the full session fee will still apply.
After every Orbit, our crew temporarily powers down the play station for sanitising and cleaning — ensuring the next adventure launches in a sparkling, safe, and squeaky-clean universe! ✨
Summer Astro Pass T&C's
1. Pass Validity
The Summer Astro Pass is valid from 1st June to 1st September 2026, inclusive. The pass may only be used for weekday sessions (Monday to Friday) and is not valid on weekends unless otherwise stated.
2. Usage Limits
The Astro Pass permits one (1) session per child, per day. Multiple sessions in a single day are not permitted.
3. Booking Requirements
All sessions must be pre-booked online via the customer’s account using the Astro Pass.
Walk-in entry using the Astro Pass is not guaranteed and will be strictly subject to availability and capacity at the time of arrival.
4. Admission & Capacity
Entry is subject to venue capacity and operational requirements.
Management reserves the right to refuse entry at its discretion, including but not limited to capacity limits, safety concerns, or misuse of the pass.
5. Pass Inclusions
Each Astro Pass includes entry for:
- One (1) child
- One (1) accompanying adult
Siblings without an Astro Pass may attend alongside a pass holder at an ‘additional child’ rate of £4.50 per visit, subject to availability and capacity.
6. Non-Transferable, Non-Cancellable & Non-Refundable
The Astro Pass is non-transferable and, once purchased, cannot be cancelled or refunded under any circumstances. The pass cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product or service.
7. Behaviour & Policies
Use of the Astro Pass constitutes automatic agreement to adhere to all venue policies, including:
- House Rules
- Play & Behaviour Policy
Failure to comply may result in refusal of entry or removal from the premises without refund.
8. Limited Availability
Astro Passes are available in limited quantities and are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
9. Changes & Closures
The venue reserves the right to amend opening hours, session times, or close facilities (in full or part) where necessary (e.g. maintenance, private hire, unforeseen circumstances). No refunds or extensions will be offered in such cases.
10. Misuse of Pass
Any misuse, abuse, or fraudulent use of the Astro Pass may result in immediate cancellation without refund.
