1. Listed below are the Terms and Conditions of Another Planet (Another Planet Limited). No alterations or variations to these Terms and Conditions shall be binding unless agreed in writing by Another Planet Play Ltd.
2. Another Planet Play Ltd reserves the right to make changes to the services and activities advertised for any reason and without notice.
3. All persons using the playcentre must be accompanied by an adult and, if under the age of 18 be accompanied by a responsible consenting adult on the premises. 
4. Another Planet Play Ltd retains the rights to refuse entry of participants that are deemed as unsuitable condition. This is in the interests of safety to self and others.
5. The arena provides a variety of play centre activities. Customers use the arena in the knowledge that participation is not without risk.
6. Another Planet Play Ltd does not accept responsibility for the loss or damage to any personal customer property whilst onsite. Another Planet does not accept responsibility for loss or damage to customer vehicles. Vehicles and their contents are left at their owner’s risk.
7. Another Planet Play Ltd reserves the right to refuse admittance or to remove a participant from the premises should it be deemed necessary to do so. This includes any customer whose behaviour is considered antisocial and/or unsafe to themselves or others, or who is thought to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs. The decision of the Duty Manager on all matters of admittance will be final.
8. Another Planet Play Ltd reserves the right to refuse admittance to the play centre to any participant who is not dressed appropriately for the activity. All participants should ensure they are not wearing any sharp items and remove all jewellery and loose items before participating in any of the activities.
9. Another Planet Play Ltd reserves the right to refuse entry or remove from the premises any person causing wilful damage to the facilities, fixtures, fittings or other property of Another Planet. Any party engaging in such behaviour will be liable to pay for the rectification, remedy and all damages caused. This includes any damage caused by misuse of equipment and/or failure to comply to supplied guidance and/or instructions.
10. For health and safety reasons and to allow for safe management of other customers Another Planet reserves the right to refuse entry to late arrivals.
11. No refunds or compensation will be payable by Another Planet Play Ltd in the event that any participant is not permitted to, refused permission or decides not to undertake or complete a session.

Party Bookings

1. Booking and Payment
   1.  A deposit of 50% of the total package price is required at the time of booking to secure your party date and time. Failure to do so may result in cancellation or slot release.
   2. Any additional party attendees must be confirmed and paid for in full no later than 7 days before the party date.
   3. Party bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of the 50% deposit and signed booking form by the customer and Another Planet Play Ltd.
      1.4. Payments can be made via cash, card or bank transfer.
2. Cancellations and Changes
   1. Cancellations made with more than 30 days’ notice may be rescheduled at the discretion of Another Planet Play Ltd.
   2. No refunds will be given for cancellations made within 14 days of the party.
   3. Changes to the date or time of your booking are subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.
3. Party Packages and Guest Numbers
   1. The minimum number of children required for a party booking is 20, with a maximum of 40 children.
   2. Final guest numbers must be confirmed no later than 7 days before the party.
   3. If fewer children attend than confirmed, no refund will be given. If more children attend, additional charges may apply and must be settled on the day.
4. Supervision and Conduct
   1. All children must be supervised by a responsible adult (18+) at all times. Another Planet Play Ltd does not accept responsibility for the supervision of children during the party.
   2. Abusive, disruptive, or dangerous behaviour will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to ask any person behaving inappropriately to leave the premises immediately.
   3. Adults and children must follow all staff instructions and posted rules.
5. Health, Safety, and Liability
   1. All play is at the child’s own risk. While we take reasonable steps to ensure safety, Another Planet Play Ltd is not liable for injuries sustained through misuse of equipment or failure to follow rules.
   2. Socks must be worn in all play areas.
   3. Children who are unwell should not attend. We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone showing signs of illness.
   4. Food allergies and dietary requirements must be disclosed at the time of booking. While we take care to accommodate dietary needs, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
6. Food and Drink
   1. Only food and drink provided by Another Planet Play Ltd may be consumed on the premises unless previously agreed in writing (Package1/bring your own food package). Please note that we are a nut free establishment.
   2. Party food menus must be confirmed at least 5 days before the event.
7. Decorations and Entertainment
   1. Customers may bring their own decorations, subject to prior approval. No confetti, glitter, or open flames are allowed. No blue tac or Sellotape is to be used on the walls within the party rooms. Command strips and hooks will be provided by Another Planet Play Ltd to affix any party decorations.
   2. External entertainers or performers must be pre-approved and provide relevant insurance and DBS documentation.
8. Photography and Marketing
   1. We may take photographs during your party for marketing purposes. Please inform us in writing before the party if you do not consent to this.
   2. Customers are welcome to take their own photographs, but are asked to respect the privacy of other guests.
9. Force Majeure
   1. Another Planet Play Ltd shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in providing services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to extreme weather, power failures, or government restrictions. 

Prices and Payment

1. Another Planet Play Ltd reserves the right to change its prices and tariffs at any time. As much notice as possible will be given should a change in price occur.
2. All payments are taken in GBP £ and are taken under UK governing law.

Refunds and Transfers

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers can be purchased through the site. You will be emailed a link, to print the gift vouchers off your self.

To redeem your gift voucher

• Enter the Gift voucher code on the booking summary page. You must pay for any remaining balance on your order with another payment method. You can also redeem your gift voucher for jump sessions at reception.
• Any balance remaining will be carried forward to your next booking

Gift Vouchers ("GCs") may be used only for the purchase of eligible products on. GC balances must be used within 2 years of the date of purchase.GCs cannot be transferred for value or redeemed for cash. GCs are issued by Another Planet Play Ltd is not responsible if a GC is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission.
